Who may use Talon

Talon is provided to licensed security companies ("Companies") under a subscription agreement, and through them to (a) their employees and contractors in the course of their duties, (b) their clients under a security services agreement, and (c) residents of properties where a Company provides parking enforcement, solely to submit guest safelist requests. Any other use is prohibited.

Accounts

Keep your login and PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Employees must use Talon in accordance with their Company's policies, post orders and applicable law; falsifying reports, locations or photos is a violation of these terms.

Client use

Reports, photos and records are provided for the client's property-management and security purposes under the services agreement. Clients may not redistribute officer personal information.

Resident safelist requests

By submitting a request you confirm you are a resident of the property and that the information is accurate. Approval is subject to the property's parking rules; the Company and the property may revoke guest parking privileges for false or abusive requests. A safelist does not authorize parking in fire lanes, assigned or handicapped spaces, or in violation of posted rules.

Availability

Talon is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Officers must follow their Company's post orders for communicating with the office if the app is unavailable. Service levels for Companies are set out in their subscription agreement.
